产品信息

Monarch gDNA 细胞裂解液是 Monarch 基因组 DNA 提取试剂盒（NEB #T3010）的一个组份。提供温和的裂解条件，有助于降低细胞样本的粘度。该裂解液针对速度和效率进行了优化，只需与 Monarch 蛋白酶 K 和 Monarch RNase A 一起裂解温育 5 分钟，即可获得高纯度、高产量的完整基因组 DNA，其峰值片段大小通常 > 60 kb。

从RNA提取物中快速、完全去除gDNA



gDNA removal kit使用不耐热的dsDNase（heat labile dsDNase）在逆转录之前，从RNA提取物中去除gDNA。

本产品基于重组的热不稳定dsDNase，该酶在低温下不可逆地失活。这使得在灭活步骤中，仅仅加热至中等温度（58°C），就足够温和地保留所有存在的RNA的质量和数量。可以在同一管中进行逆转录，从而较高程度地减少了移液步骤并减少了操作时间。
