StemAb™ 干细胞用碱性磷酸酶染色试剂盒


碱性磷酸酶(AP)在多能干细胞中高水平表达。 AP 在碱性条件下使核苷酸、蛋白和生物碱去磷酸化。 染色后,未分化细胞呈现红色或紫色,而分化细胞呈现无色。

胚胎干细胞(ES)和诱导多能干细胞(iPS)的未分化状态可以通过高水平的碱性磷酸酶(AP)表达来表征,连同其他表面标志物的表达,表明未分化细胞具有自我更新潜力。AP 是一种水解酶,负责在碱性条件下使核苷酸,蛋白和生物碱去磷酸化。 当使用 AP 染色试剂盒对固定的 ES 或 iPS 细胞染色时,未分化细胞呈现红色或紫色,而分化细胞呈现无色。
