产品信息
NEBNext® 多样本接头引物试剂盒 1(Unique 双端 Index 引物,UMI 接头,适用于 DNA)经过精心设计,能够实现更精简、信息更丰富的 NGS 多重检测,在单个分子水平上跟踪测序反应,以及通过生物信息分析移除错误分配的 read 来获得最佳准确度。这些 Index 接头包含一对 Unique 双端 Index(i5 和 i7)和一个 UMI 序列,使得生成的文库可以在 PCR 或 PCR-free 的情况下均可进行多重检测。试剂盒提供 96 个独特的、预混的含有 UMI 的接头引物,包装在一个一次性的密封着可穿刺的铝箔封板膜 96 孔板中。通用引物混合液以独立包装提供。
