货号: 026-16371 保存条件: -20℃冷冻 供应商: Wako(和光纯药工业株式会社) 保质期: 60个月 规格: 1mg for Alzheimer’s Disease (AD)
- BF-168 (Wako Cat. #029-16361): Senile plaque-selective fluorescent probe
BF-168 is a probe for senile plaques (SPs). It selectively binds SPs in AD brain sections and recognizes Aβ 1-42 positive diffuse plaques. - BF-170 (Wako Cat. #026-16371): Neurofibrillary tangle change-selective fluorescent probe
BF-170 is a probe for neurofibrillary tangles (NFTs). It exhibits greater binding affinity to Tau fibrils such as NFTs, neuropil threads and paired helical filament than to Aβ fibrils.
B-170
Solubility: Soluble in methanol and ethanol.
λex: 450 ~ 490 (nm)
λem: > 520 (nm)Procedure:
- Deparaffinize the section on 1 slide glass plate.
- Immerse the section with 10% formalin neutral buffer for 60 minutes.
- Wash the section with PBS for 5 minutes.
- Blanch the section with 0.25% potassium permanganate solution for 20 minutes.
- Wash the section twice with PBS for 2 minutes.
- Immerse the section with 0.1% potassium metabisulfite and 0.15% oxalic acid for seconds.
- Wash the section three times with PBS for 2 minutes.
- Immerse the quenched tissue section with 100 μmol/L BF-170 solution
containing 50% ethanol for 10 minutes. - Dip the section 5 times with water for a few seconds.
- Observe the section with fluorescence microscope.
