Principle:
(succinyl-CoA synthetase)
(1) Succinic acid + ATP + CoA → ADP + succinyl-CoA + Pi
(pyruvate kinase)
(2) ADP + PEP → ATP + pyruvate
(L-lactate dehydrogenase)
(3) Pyruvate + NADH + H+ → NAD+ + L-lactic acid
