产品信息

M13KO7 辅助噬菌体是 M13 噬菌体的衍生物，具有来自于 P15A 的复制起点以及来自于 Tn903 的卡那霉素抗性基因，两者均插入 M13 复制起点（1）。M13KO7 能够在缺少噬菌粒 DNA 的情况下进行复制。当存在携带有野生型 M13 或 f1 复制起点的噬菌粒时，单链噬菌体会被优先包装并被分泌到培养基中。此特性有助于产生用于突变或测序的单链噬菌体 DNA。
