    2. 贮存和操作：感受态细胞应在 -80℃ 下贮存。在 -20℃ 贮存会导致转化效率显著降低。当细胞温度高于 -80℃ 时，即使不融化，细胞也会失去效率。
    3. 兼容的表达载体/启动子：Ptac、Ptrc、Plac、PlacUV5、ParaBAD、PrhaBAD、T5-lacO
      注意事项：除非表达载体编码 lacI 基因，或兼容的载体表达 LacI 或宿主菌株过度产生 LacI（例如 NEB #C3037 NEB Express Iq E. coli 感受态细胞），否则来自含有 T5-lacO 启动子的载体的表达将不会受到调节。”
