产品信息

NEBExpress GamS 核酸酶抑制剂是一种重组蛋白，可以抑制核酸外切酶 V（RecBCD）的活性，并在基于大肠杆菌的体外蛋白合成反应中稳定线性 DNA 模板。

Express GamS 核酸酶抑制剂 |

50 µl 反应体系，含 100 ng 线性 DNA 模板、NEBExpress® 无细胞 E. coli 蛋白合成系统组份和 1.5 µg NEBExpress GamS 核酸酶抑制剂，37℃ 温育 5 小时，通过荧光信号检测活性。

  • 注意事项

    1. NEBExpress 无细胞 E. coli 蛋白合成系统与线性 DNA 模板兼容。为达到与质粒 DNA 模板相当的表达水平，应在 50 µL 含 250 ng 模板 DNA 的反应体系中加入 1.5 µg NEBExpress GamS 核酸酶抑制剂。
    2. NEBExpress 无细胞 E. coli 蛋白合成系统的详细产品说明书和操作说明可在此处查询。
    3. 常规温育温度为 37℃。降低温育温度能促进某些目的蛋白的折叠。该反应可在 16℃ 至 42℃ 的温度下温育，蛋白合成可在 37℃ 下持续 10 小时，或在更低的温度下持续 24 小时，具体取决于 DNA 起始量和通风情况。
    4. NEBExpress 蛋白合成反应可以按比例放大；包括 GamS 在内的所有反应组份都必须按比例缩放。
