产品信息

Monarch RNA 纯化离心柱（50 µg）是 Monarch RNA 纯化试剂盒（50 µg）（NEB #T2040）的组分，可用于酶促反应中纯化高达 50 µg 的 RNA，包括 DNase 处理（NEB #M0303）、标记和加帽等。此离心柱适用于体外转录反应后纯化 RNA，如 sgRNA 合成反应（NEB #E3322）等 离心柱的设计没有使用固定环，确保不会出现缓冲液残留及交叉污染。RNA 可在低至 20 μl 的体积中洗脱，洗脱后可用于各种下游应用，包括 RT-PCR、NGS RNA 文库制备和转染。

Monarch RNA 纯化离心柱还提供 10 µg（NEB #T2037）和 500 µg（NEB #T2057）的结合能力。

Monarch® RNA 纯化离心柱（50 µg） |

使用 Monarch RNA 纯化试剂盒（50 µg，NEB #2040）纯化 rRNA（来自 Sigma 公司 E. coli 16S 和 23S rRNA 标准品50 µg），再使用无核酸酶水按照指定的洗脱量进行洗脱。RNA 回收率的百分比用 Trinean DropSense 16 测量的 A260 进行计算得到。可在低至 6 µl 的体积内有效回收约 80% 的 RNA。

Monarch® RNA 纯化离心柱（50 µg） |

EnGen sgRNA 合成试剂盒，S. pyogenes（NEB #E3322）的六种不同 sgRNA 合成反应使用 Monarch RNA 纯化试剂盒（50 µg，NEB #T2040）或竞品试剂盒（根据厂商说明书）纯化，并使用 50 µl 无核酸酶水洗脱。以使用 Trinean DropSense 16 测得的 A260 值计算出 sgRNA 产量。Monarch 纯化试剂盒产生的 sgRNA 产量与其它市售 RNA 纯化试剂盒相同。
