ssRNA Ladder 由 7 种 RNA 分子组成，通过 7 个线性 DNA 模板的混合物体外转录制备。Ladder 大小：9,000、7,000、5,000、3,000、2,000、1,000 和 500 个碱基。3,000 碱基片段为双倍浓度，可作为参考条带。 此 Ladder 适合用作变性或非变性琼脂糖凝胶中单链 RNA 的分子量标准。

使用建议
此 Marker 并不是为精确定量单链 RNA 质量设计的。

变性和非变性琼脂糖凝胶
通常 RNA 是在完全变性的琼脂糖凝胶（例如含甲醛的琼脂糖凝胶）上进行电泳（1）。然而，在许多情况下，可以在非变性琼脂糖凝胶上检测 RNA 并获得合适的结果。研究证明，在变性缓冲液中处理 RNA 样品，可以让 RNA 分子在电泳过程中保持变性状态至少 3 小时（2,3）。使用非变性琼脂糖凝胶避免了与有毒化学物质相关的问题，以及对甲醛凝胶进行染色和印迹处理时遇到的困难。

• 注意事项
