The Monarch HMW gDNA Tissue Lysis Buffer, supplied as a component of the Monarch HMW DNA Extraction Kit for Tissue (NEB #T3060), is a highly effective lysis buffer for tissue and bacteria samples. Its composition ensures immediate and complete inactivation of nucleases in the samples at the start of the lysis.
