产品信息
Monarch 基因组 DNA 提取试剂盒可以提供细胞裂解、RNA 去除,以及提取纯化完整基因组 DNA(gDNA)的综合解决方案,适用于多种生物样本,如培养细胞、血液和哺乳动物组织。只要增加一步来提高裂解效率,也适用于细菌和酵母等难裂解样本。此外,该试剂盒还提供从临床相关样本(例如唾液和颊拭子)中提取 DNA 和快速纯化已经提出的基因组 DNA 的操作说明。 纯化后的基因组 DNA 具有极高质量:A260/A280 比值 > 1.8,A260/A230 比值 > 2.0,DIN 值高且 RNA 残留极低。纯化后的基因组 DNA 适用于终点 PCR、qPCR 和 NGS 文库制备等多种下游应用。该试剂盒的峰值片段大小通常 > 50kb,特别适用于长读长测序平台的应用。
