产品信息

NEBNext rRNA 去除试剂盒 – 人/小鼠/大鼠（含 RNA 纯化磁珠）采用基于 RNaseH 的方法（1）、（2），可去除人、小鼠和大鼠总 RNA 中的细胞质 rRNA（5S rRNA、5.8S rRNA、18S rRNA 和 28S rRNA）及线粒体 rRNA（12S rRNA 和 16S rRNA）。该产品适用于完整的 RNA 和降解的 RNA（例如 FFPE RNA）。去除 rRNA 后得到的 RNA 产物，可用于 RNA-Seq、随机引物介导的 cDNA 合成或者其它下游的 RNA 分析应用。为方便使用，该试剂盒包含 NEBNext RNA 纯化磁珠（来自 Beckman Coulter 的 Agencourt RNAClean XP 磁珠）。
