产品信息
NEBNext 多样本接头引物试剂盒 1(Unique 双端 Index 引物,UMI 接头,适用于 RNA)经过精心设计,能够实现更精简和信息更丰富的 NGS 多重检测、更准确的转录本丰度测定,同时去除 PCR 重复。这些 Index 接头含有一对 Unique 双端 Index 引物(i5 和 i7)以及一个 11 nt UMI 序列。试剂盒提供 96 个独特的、预混的含有 UMI 的接头引物,包装在一个一次性的密封着可穿刺的铝箔封板膜 96 孔板中。通用引物混合液以独立小瓶提供。
如果按照 UMI 接头特定文库制备试剂盒手册(如下所示)中的操作说明进行操作,则可简单便捷地将 UMI 接头与一种 NEBNext RNA 文库制备试剂盒结合起来使用。

NEBNext 系列多样本接头引物试剂盒可用于 NEBNext 样品制备或其它兼容 Illumina 平台的标准文库制备流程。除该试剂盒外,还提供含有 UMI 的 Index 引物接头,便于进行 PCR-free 和标准的 DNA 测序流程(NEB #E7395)。对于无需 UMI 的多重检测,NEBNext 提供了多款产品来提高灵活性,包括 Unique 双端 Index 引物(NEB #6440、NEB #6442、NEB #E6444、NEB #E6446)、双端 Index 引物(NEB #E7600 和 NEB #E7780)和单端 Index 引物(12 种和 96 种单端 Index 引物;NEB #E7335、NEB #E7500、NEB #E7710、NEB #E7730、NEB #E6609),以及适用于 EM-seq™ 和重亚硫酸盐测序的 Index 引物(NEB #E7140)。
