产品信息

NEBNext 接头采用了一种新型的发卡环状结构，能以更高的效率连接末端经修复和加 dA 尾的 DNA 片段。环状结构 DNA 中包含一个 U，当 U 被 USER® 酶（UDG 和 Endo VIII 的混合物）切掉后，环状结构打开，使它可以成为 PCR 反应的底物。通过 NEBNext Index 引物在 PCR 步骤中引入 Barcode，从而有助于实现多重测序文库制备。

此试剂盒包含 96 种与通用引物预混合的 8 bp Index 引物，封装在可穿透铝箔密封的一次性 96 孔板中。

NEBNext 接头引物可与 NEBNext 产品以及其它兼容 Illumina 平台的标准文库制备流程结合使用。

还提供 12 种和 96 种单端或双端检索引物产品类型（NEB #E7335、NEB #E7500、NEB #E7710、NEB #E7730、NEB #E7600）。也提供甲基化的 NEBNext 接头（NEB #E7535），可用于重亚硫酸盐测序流程。
