产品信息

SARS-CoV-2 阳性对照（N 基因）以质粒形式提供，其中含 SARS-CoV-2 N-基因（GenBank：MN908947.3），以及 T7 RNA 启动子序列，如有需要可生成 RNA 转录本。该产品用于靶向 N 基因的 SARS-CoV-2 检测方法（如：RT-qPCR、LAMP 等）的验证。浓度为 1,000,000 拷贝/μl。

注意：在绝对定量实验中，不建议将该阳性对照的浓度作为绝对拷贝数。
