产品信息

含 UDG 的 WarmStart® LAMP 变色预混液是由 Bst 2.0 WarmStart DNA 聚合酶和 WarmStart® RTx 反转录酶在特殊的低缓冲力反应溶液中优化形成,该溶液包含可视化的 pH 指示剂,使检测 LAMP 和 RT-LAMP 的结果判定更加简单、快捷。预混液中包含的 dUTP 和 UDG 可有效减少反应间的残留污染。 

该系统提供了一种快速、清晰可视化的扩增检测方案,其原理为 DNA 聚合酶在 LAMP 扩增反应中产生大量质子,引发 pH 值的下降,从而使反应液颜色从粉红色变为黄色(如需了解 LAMP 概述和引物设计,请观看 NEB 网站相关视频)。该预混液即可用于 LAMP 也可用于 RT-LAMP 反应,仅需加热装置及样品,即可在 15-40 分钟内肉眼判定阳性结果。
