Q5® 超保真 PCR 试剂盒 |  

Q5® 超保真 DNA 聚合酶是一种具有热稳定性的超高保真 DNA 聚合酶, 拥有 3´→5´ 核酸外切酶活性,并且融合了具有增强持续合成能力的 Sso7d DNA 结合域, 能够进行稳定的 DNA 扩增。Q5 超保真 DNA 聚合酶的错配率比 Taq DNA 聚合酶低约 280 倍, 是克隆的理想选择,可用于长片段或难扩增片段的扩增。Q5 超保真 2X 预混液 采用方便的预混液形式, 具有优良的高保真性。本预混液包含 dNTP、Mg++ 以及 用途广泛的专用缓冲液,不论 GC 含量多少, 仅需加入引物和 DNA 模板即可进行高效扩增。按推荐的 1X 终浓度使用时, Q5 超保真预混液含有 2 mM MgCl2

Q5 超保真 DNA 聚合酶不同于典型的低保真 PCR 酶。 如需确认一组给定引物的最佳退火温度, 强烈推荐使用 NEB Tm Calculator。

本试剂盒包含充足的预混液和无核酶水,可进行 50 次聚合酶链式反应(NEB #E0555S)或 200 次反应(NEB #E0555L)。为提供更多便利,本试剂盒还包含凝胶上样染料和 Quick-Load DNA LAdder。
