产品信息
LunaScript 反转录 SuperMix 为经过优化的预混液,可用于第一链 cDNA 合成、扩增子测序,以及两步法 RT-qPCR。该预混液含有具备热稳定特性的 Luna 反转录酶,可在更高温下合成 cDNA。试剂盒还提供小鼠 RNase 抑制剂,以保护模板 RNA 免受降解。LunaScript 反转录 SuperMix 混合液含有随机六聚体和 poly-dT 引物,可均匀覆盖整个 RNA 靶标。此外,混合液还包含蓝色染料,可在两步法 RT-qPCR 起到示踪作用。总 RNA 起始量从高达 1 µg 到低至单拷贝 RNA,均能得到稳定、线性和灵敏的检测结果。
LunaScript 反转录预混液试剂盒(无引物)(NEB #E3025)是经过优化的预混液产品,包含除引物外的第一链 cDNA 合成所需的所有组分,适用于 RT-PCR、RNA-seq 及其它应用。该混合液与随机引物、oligo dT 引物以及基因特异性引物兼容,让 cDNA 合成更灵活。更多信息请点击此处。
