产品信息

Monarch gDNA 提取离心柱是 Monarch 基因组 DNA 提取试剂盒（NEB #T3010）的一个组分，可从各种生物样本中纯化多达 30 µg 的 DNA。离心柱的设计没有使用固定环，确保不会出现缓冲液残留及交叉污染。DNA 可在低至 35 μl 的体积中洗脱，洗脱后可随时用于各种下游应用，包括终点 PCR、qPCR 和 NGS DNA 文库制备。与传统离心柱相比，Monarch 离心柱使用的塑料更少，这能减少离心柱的环境足迹，却不会影响性能。提供 100 根离心柱以及 200 根 Monarch 收集管 II（NEB #T2018）。
